Responsibilities

Build our Recovery Community Organization
Ensure adherence to contract requirements
Foster vital partnerships across Metro Atlanta
Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including crisis centers, treatment facilities, shelters, and hospitals
Enhance our outreach and impact
Facilitate engaging presentations at coalition meetings and local entities
Conduct group meetings that empower individuals in recovery and their families
Create a welcoming environment that prioritizes safety and inclusivity for all participants and staff
Engage in continual professional development through training and conferences
Collaborate with fellow CARES staff to innovate and enhance programs
Develop a robust volunteer program
Ensure peers have access to essential services and resources on their recovery journeys
