About The Position
We have an opening for a Certification Lead /Technical Training and Development Specialist to help drive the enhancement of the Strategic Deterrence (SD) directorate training program using current training technology and online training theory and practice. You will work within regulatory requirements and operational demand, use your extensive instructional systems design experience and technical aptitude to conduct needs and task analyses on technical positions, and design, develop and implement courses and curricula for Laboratory employees working in or supporting high-risk environments. This position's primary mission will be in support of the SD Operations Program and will also support Joint Livermore Operations Nevada training and SD programmatic training as needed. Travel occasionally required. This position is in the Strategic Deterrence Directorate.
