Responsibilities

• Create and issue certificates of insurance
• Provide timely assistance with day-to-day service requests and renewal inquiries
• Accurately transfer certificates into the database management system
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with the Certificates Management
• Ensure a trusting client relationship and handle coverage verification
