Assist in managing daily operations of the department. Supervise subordinate staff members. Facilitate program development. Contribute to the evaluation process under the supervision of the occupational therapist. Implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy under the supervision of the occupational therapist in all areas in the hospital system including but not limited to: Acute care, Outpatient, CMR.
