About The Position
Provide direct and indirect patient care within any clinical area under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Provide one-on-one observation of selected patients for the purpose of maintaining patient safety.
Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Louisiana is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with nursing care of the patients.
- Assist in maintaining supply inventory.
- Participate in educational programs.
- Maintain satisfactory communications.
- Maintain an employment record in accordance with Hospital policies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Hospital safety.
- Perform other duties as required.
