About The Position

Under the direction of the Service Line Coordinator and the Medical Director, the Hyperbaric Safety Lead is responsible for implementing and managing daily hyperbaric operations. The Center serves as a fully integrated system for the management of acute and chronic wounds and non-wound related injuries (i.e. carbon monoxide poisoning and decompression sickness). Services are provided for select patients of the following ages: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Safety Lead's conduct will reflect the Hospital's mission, vision, and guiding principles while achieving his/her leadership obligations.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• One-year relevant healthcare experience (Required).
• Basic clinical knowledge of diabetes, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS (Preferred).
• Certified Wound Care Specialist certification (Preferred).
• Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT, CHRT or CHRN) (Preferred).
• Two years supervisory or admin experience in a hyperbaric or health care facility (Preferred).
