T&B Planning’s Project Managers lead CEQA and/or NEPA compliance projects for land development, policy planning, and infrastructure projects. Project Managers are responsible for coordinating teams of environmental technical experts, reviewing technical studies, and managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports or Statements (EIR/EIS), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), Addenda, Findings, Environmental Assessments (EAs) and public notices. Project Managers prepare, edit, assemble, and oversee document preparation and regulatory compliance and are supported by environmental analysts and technical experts. The position also entails guiding CEQA and NEPA compliance strategy, budget oversight, schedule management, and periodic need to attend and make presentations at public meetings and hearings.
