Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong communicator with excellent writing, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Poised, mature, and able to build rapport across teams and stakeholders.
• Open-minded and adaptable in times of change and ambiguity.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience in PR, communications, or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help develop briefing materials and messaging for CEO engagements across internal and external audiences.
• Assist in organizing virtual and in-person CEO events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.
• Create communications of moderate complexity that reflect the CEO's voice and Allstate's values.
• Collaborate across teams and serve as a liaison between departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to communication strategies that promote an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
• Understand reputational impact and help shape messaging that builds trust and credibility.
