About The Position

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead an agriculture company in New York, focusing on the development of higher margin activities, particularly in the dairy industry. The CEO will oversee the operational and financial performance of the organization, drive strategic growth, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• C-Suite experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing profitable strategies in the agriculture and dairy industries.
• Knowledge of the animal feed industry, specifically with dairy cattle.
• Knowledge of organic commodities market buying, selling, and trading in the US and international markets.
• Ability to drive sales of byproducts.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver competitive advantage.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of developing effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the organization's operational and financial performance.
• Work with the Senior Leadership Team and the Board to drive strategic development and growth.
• Identify acquisition and other opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction.
• Maintain and develop close relationships with employees, shareholders, customers, and strategic business partners.
