Requirements

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience demonstrating successful results, required.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred - MBA/MHA a plus.
• Ability to pass state required licensing exam (requirements vary per state).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive executive training program designed to prepare for an Executive Director/CEO role within a Pennant-affiliated company.
• Gain exposure to all operational areas, including business, clinical, and administrative functions.
• Receive practical on-the-job training in an operational environment under the direct supervision of an experienced Executive Director/CEO.
• Be mentored by several proven leaders to gain a thorough understanding of the company's culture and core values, operating models, and systems.
• Take on projects and real responsibilities at the host operation and identify opportunities and solutions.
