About The Position

The CEO Founder Associate Internship at Alan is a unique opportunity to support the CEO and senior team members on top business priorities, including unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy, and building new processes and products. This internship is designed for a duration of six months, starting between January 2025 and June 2025. Interns will engage in a variety of strategic projects, gaining invaluable experience across multiple facets of the business. The role involves contributing to key challenges and supporting high-value tasks for Alan, providing a comprehensive overview of strategic topics within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the company through market analysis and competition identification.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities and perform business analyses and growth modeling.
  • Assist in the development of product vision and continuous improvement of Alan's core offerings.
  • Conduct user research and assist in design and prototyping.
  • Coordinate RFP for big prospects and support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Support the constitution of board packs and public affairs work.
  • Develop corporate presence at major events and organize internal and external events.
  • Source and recruit new associates.
