About The Position
As a centralized support representative, you'll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim - making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. In addition to handling administrative tasks essential to resolving claims, sort mail by department/recipient as well as process interoffice mail for delivery.
