About The Position
As a centralized support representative, you'll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim - making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. Supporting our National Salvage Unit, you'll research and route documents to proper location in addition to other administrative tasks essential to the salvage process.
