Our Centralized Service Coordinator is part of that experience. While this role is not customer facing they are the voice of our service department taking care of a range of service requests and setting the tone for the customers future appointment.

Requirements

  • Process and procedure oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlines
  • Ability to work within multiple computer software systems
  • Possess capacity be able to accurately handle and document a high volume of incoming calls
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Communicate well to all levels within the organization
  • Fluent in English/Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answers service phone calls to our dedicated scheduling line and books appointments
  • Responds professionally and politely to customer inquiries and if necessary transfers them to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Responds to online service appointment requests using the customers preferred method of contact and schedules appointments as needed
  • Works in Keep You Camping critical appointments and resolves any scheduling conflicts
  • Confirms appointments
  • Compiles daily/weekly/monthly reporting and trend analysis
  • Inputs customer data into company system
  • Act as an extension of the General RV locations working with the leadership teams to cohesively support the service team and the customer
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Service Training and Communication on establishing and achieving monthly goals
  • Follow the procedure of the Keep You Camping™ program
