BJC HealthCare is seeking a Scheduler for its Remote Scheduling Team. This role is crucial as the Centralized Scheduling Representative is often the first point of contact for patients, representing BJC with the highest standard of customer service and compassion. The position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism, as it involves facilitating all components of the patients' entrance into any BJC facility. The Scheduler will need to accurately collect demographics and insurance information, verify benefits, and ensure patient safety by selecting the correct patient from the master person index (MPI).
