POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for Radiology appointments, obtaining insurance, answering multi-line phone for multiple locations, working with incoming faxes, and sending out medical records Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role Full Remote working within CST time-zone Compensation range is between $18-$20/hr

Requirements

• Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff

• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
