About The Position

Supports units scheduling/staffing processes; Develops base staff schedule and maintains posted schedules, maintains Nursing Department Position Controls and performs delegated duties as determined at staffing huddles. Carries out all aspects of the job using appropriate problem-solving skills and assumes the responsibility for self-development within the role.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma/certification in a healthcare related field
• Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare related field
• General understanding of hospital/department operations

Nice To Haves

• Mayo experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills including knowledge and prior use of formulas and data base functions
• Prior experience with word processing software
