About The Position

Performs all activities and functions within the Centralized Scheduling department in ensure appropriate scheduling of patient services.

Requirements

• High school graduate, some college preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hospital experience including a minimum of two years of supervisory experience or related work.
• Must have knowledge of governmental, managed care prior approval, medical necessity, and reimbursement rules and regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
