The position involves scheduling resources for outpatient primary care or specialty offices. The individual will be responsible for accurately documenting in both the medical record and the scheduling system. This role includes scheduling appointments across the Medical Group and following up on referrals to ensure a continuum of care. The position requires collaboration with the nursing coordinator to effectively coordinate care and serves all of SJH Medical Group.
