The Centralized Procurement Buyer assists the Manager with the purchasing of materials and services for FCS. Buying may include everything from drug and supply orders to services. As a procurement buyer, your job duties include maintaining purchasing guidelines for the office, establishing relationships with supply and service vendors, interacting with all levels of the organization and ensuring that all purchasing procedures are being followed. Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. All work with clinics to maintain the correct amount of drugs and supplies through daily orders, virtual audits and physical audits.
