About The Position

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, located in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Full-time Internal Picker / Packer for our fast-paced internal store transfer division. This position requires a high degree of detail and quality control to ensure a transfer ticket is comprehended and understood precisely. Hours for this position are flexible in order to meet business demand. Hours: Generally, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience
Establish rapport with transfer drivers and maintain professional image
Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications, Microsoft Excel experience preferable
Experience working both independently and in a team setting
Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

Gather paperwork indicating what items need to be picked for transfer orders
Accurately matches and picks products on transfer sheets and packs them accordingly
Effectively, safely, and efficiently secures each transfer order and stages it to be loaded onto transfer trucks
Assist delivery truck delivers in loading and unloading
Will be trained on operating a forklift and required to operate a forklift daily
Reports issues and outcomes to supervisor / manager
Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs while working on feet for the duration of the shift
Works with teammates to increase efficiency in picking
Proved history of punctuality and attendance
