This position is responsible for the maintenance of letters sent to customers for all DriveTime, GoFi, and Carvana originations. The role involves verifying and servicing letters for active and charged off loans, working closely with internal and external departments to monitor existing processes and regulations, ensuring guidelines for letters are being met, managing the flow of letters, reviewing and updating account information, maintaining electronic storage of documents, and acting as a liaison between various departments and third-party vendors. Additionally, the position requires researching state guidelines and performing other related duties as assigned.
