About The Position
UDR, Inc. is now hiring Centralized Application & Lease Specialists (Seasonal) to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch. This position involves supporting Centralized Application Specialists (CALS) with tasks to help move applications along smoothly. Such tasks will include sending Welcome Letters and Leases via email and also checking leases have been signed by all parties. Additionally, this individual will be assisting associates with keeping all forms of communication (email and Textline) monitored and assigned to the correct associate, as well as uploading pet photos and renter's insurance policies into our system. We are looking forward to bringing on seasonal support that is quick, detail oriented, and thorough in their work in addition to helping provide exceptional customer service!
