We’re currently seeking a high-performing, customer-focused Centralized Resident Services Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Plano, Texas. This newly created, in-office role is designed for an experienced and highly organized individual with strong customer service and property management experience. You will play a critical role in supporting multiple communities by specializing in renewals, delinquency management, leasing support, and marketing coordination. The right candidate will bring energy, precision, and a solutions-oriented mindset to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
