About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as full- or part-time Caregivers in Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis, Mossyrock, Onalaska, Toledo, Vader, Winlock, Morton, Packwood, Randle, and Glenoma. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while building a rewarding career. Caregivers will earn between $21.17 - $24.28 per hour and enjoy a host of benefits, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Willingness to become certified as a home care worker
• Ability to pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
