The Central Utilities Plant (CUP) Manager oversees all utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring uninterrupted, safe, and efficient delivery of critical services such as ultrapure water, process gases, compressed air, HVAC, electrical distribution, and thermal energy systems.
