The Central Supply Tech is responsible for the pick-up of dirty equipment after patient discharge and distribution of clean equipment to the patient areas. The Central Supply Tech tracks, requests, and monitors rental equipment. The Central Supply Tech performs multiple tasks that assist in the daily operation of all units as well as being responsible for customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Good reading skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of material handling techniques.
• Ability to understand and use a material information system.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up of dirty equipment after patient discharge.
• Distribution of clean equipment to patient areas.
• Track, request, and monitor rental equipment.
• Assist in the daily operation of all units.
• Provide customer service.
