About Hospice of Wichita Falls For over 40 years, Hospice of Wichita Falls has been the only non-profit community-based hospice in the area, providing services in 12 North Texas counties. Our care teams meet our patients and families where they are-private homes, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and our free-standing 24-bed inpatient center. Your life as a Central Supply Clerk Your role is essential to helping our clinical and support teams deliver excellent care. We will rely on you to receive, organize, stock, and distribute supplies so the right items are available at the right time-supporting smooth operations across the organization. You'll help maintain accurate inventory, coordinate restocking and deliveries, and keep storage areas clean, orderly, and compliant with expectations. This position also provides support to our Health Information (Medical Records) department by assisting with routine workflows such as organizing records, scanning/filing, and supporting timely documentation processes as assigned. Our schedule is generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional flexibility based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle detailed information accurately and perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness, order, and consistency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills with staff, patients/families as appropriate, and the community.
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests.
  • Dependable attendance-ability to be at work as scheduled and alert/awake.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good listening, telephone, documentation, and filing skills are essential.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information (HIPAA).
