Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and vendors
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment to meet facility needs
  • Organize and store supplies in an orderly and accessible manner
  • Distribute supplies and equipment to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
  • Assist with ordering and receiving supplies from vendors, processing invoices, and managing inventory records
  • Perform routine inspections of supply areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages
  • Maintain compliance with infection control policies and procedures while handling supplies
