About The Position

Barnes Jewish Hospital North Campus is seeking a Central Sterile Processing Patient Care Operations Coordinator to join our team! Role Purpose Serves as the primary contact and liaison between patient care areas, ancillary and support departments within the hospital. Interacts with all levels of management to coordinates business, administrative and non-patient care operational activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years Experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree - Business/related
• < 2 years Supervisor Experience

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates processes and strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborates with directors, managers and other disciplines to plan and implement projects related to patient care area.
• Creates effective work plans and provides input to identify correct resources, processes and space needed for the assigned patient care areas.
• Facilitates acquisition of supplies, equipment and services.
