The Central Staffing Coordinator under the direction of the Clinical Resource Management leadership team is responsible for workforce resource management in and across clinical patient care units and inpatient settings. The Central Staffing Coordinator develops and executes a strategic staffing plan centered around unit census, acuity, and workforce matrices. Applies expert knowledge to help guide staffing decisions, ensuring that resources are consistently working at the top of their licensure. Collaborates effectively with front-line decision-makers to create and implement safe staffing solutions for patients at Integris Health. The Staffing Coordinator works closely in collaboration with facilities Manager on Call, Patient Logistics Center, and facility House Supervisor to help orchestrate effective delivery of patient care. Responsibilities
