The Central Records Technician provides quality, immediate services to persons making requests for information found within student record files. This position is responsible for receiving student records from all school locations, ensuring that required documentation is accounted for within each record, and preparing records for electronic scanning. The technician also provides assistance to schools, school registrars, and individuals with questions and/or concerns related to record management and acquisition.
