About The Position
Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Switchboard Operator. This role is essential for ensuring effective communication within the resort, as you will be responsible for answering the switchboard, directing calls, taking messages, and making reservations for various services including hotel accommodations and entertainment events. You will also handle minor customer disputes and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
