About The Position
The Central Services Plant Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for performing semi-skilled and skilled manual work related to preventative maintenance, general repair, and minor construction duties within school buildings. This role involves working with electrical and plumbing systems, as well as maintaining related interior and exterior equipment and furnishings. The technician will also lead and train lower-level staff while ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for students.
