Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Central Scheduling Representative. This position is full-time and located in Kaysville. The role involves answering and making appointments for all incoming patient calls quickly and professionally, gathering enough information to schedule accurately. The representative will be informed of the daily operations of approximately 100 physicians and their appointment preferences, ensuring proper handling of patient account alerts that may affect the patient’s visit to the clinic. The representative will convey all necessary information pertinent to the appointment, including insurance information, office location, date and time for the appointment, and any other relevant instructions. Additionally, the role requires responding to last-minute schedule changes for physicians, making outbound scheduling calls as needed, and maintaining strict patient, computer, and company confidentiality.
