About The Position

Position Summary: The Central Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and accurately scheduling appointments in the electronic health records (EHR) for outpatient services including, but not limited to, Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation services. The Central Scheduler will provide high quality customer service to all patients, families, providers, customers and ancillary departments. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE) Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Experience interacting with the public and providing customer focused service is essential. Intermediate proficiency in computer related skills required. Facility Information Barrett Hospital and HealthCare is a well-established 18-bed critical access hospital, dedicated to serving Southwest Montana with comprehensive healthcare services. Requirements
