About The Position
The position involves scheduling OP Diagnostic testing for Radiology and Cardiology, reviewing and processing orders from Powerchart, and managing request lists and faxes. The role requires providing excellent customer service related to the scheduling of tests and is responsible for delivering customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information, and customer service. The position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.
