About The Position

The Central Sales Representative position is an elevated sales role designed to support consistent revenue and subscription growth across the organization. This position operates as a centralized sales asset, focused on maximizing inbound and outbound lead sources to drive consistent production. The Central Sales Representative role is structured as a long-term position that provides steady income through production while creating value across the business. This position is intended to improve lead conversion efficiency and help capitalize on underutilized opportunities, while providing flexible sales support as business needs evolve. Company-wide, offices are supported by this position regarding faster response times to leads and improved close rates on opportunities that may go under-prioritized or unworked. Position Eligibility: Candidates must demonstrate either relevant sales experience or prior employment with ClearDefense Pest Control that reflects a strong understanding of the company’s sales process and performance expectations. Throughout the interview process, candidates will be evaluated based on their professional background as well as alignment with the company’s Core Values (Active Ingredients): Humility, Growth Mindset, Integrity, Quality, Servant Mentality, and Innovativeness. Placement and structure of this position may vary based on business needs and organizational priorities. Training and Support: ClearDefense Pest Control will provide training and ongoing guidance to support the Central Sales Representative in effectively utilizing approved lead sources and company systems, and in executing customer acquisition efforts in line with company standards. This support is intended to reinforce consistent performance and long-term success in the role. Compensation: Base salary plus commission & performance-based bonuses. Total compensation range estimate: $60,000 - $110,000

Requirements

  • Candidates must demonstrate either relevant sales experience or prior employment with ClearDefense Pest Control that reflects a strong understanding of the company’s sales process and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and maintain established production expectations and performance targets.
  • Actively work a wide range of lead sources, including inbound and outbound opportunities. This may include, but is not limited to, inbound inquiries, cancelled customer recovery, unclosed leads, upsells, and other designated sales initiatives.
  • Manage leads with urgency, professionalism, and consistency, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation within company systems.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and relevant office stakeholders. This includes participation in regular check-ins, performance reviews, and collaboration related to sales strategy, lead management, and operational alignment.
  • Support targeted sales initiatives, special projects, or periods of increased demand based on business needs and organizational priorities.
