About The Position

The Central Review Auditor is responsible for auditing repair files to ensure compliance with B Street and carrier guidelines, including documentation, estimate accuracy, photo standards, and notes. This role involves partnering with estimators to clarify scope, request changes, and improve estimate quality, as well as validating estimates for accuracy and completeness across labor, parts, operations, calibrations, and OEM procedures. The auditor will also coach teams on documentation and best practices to reduce change requests and track trends, reporting recurring issues and opportunities to leadership. This is a full-time, hybrid position with work-from-home flexibility and occasional on-site presence at the nearest market.

Requirements

  • Experience with damage assessment and repair estimating (body shop, DRP, or insurer background).
  • Strong communicator who can coach peers and collaborate across locations.
  • Detail orientation with solid organization and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with estimating platforms.
  • Familiarity with management systems (e.g., Nexsyis or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • HS diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating platform (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Mitchell/Audatex estimating platforms (a plus).
  • I-CAR/OEM/ASE certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Audit repair files to ensure compliance with B Street and carrier guidelines (documentation, estimate accuracy, photo standards, notes).
  • Partner with estimators to clarify scope, request changes, and improve estimate quality.
  • Validate estimates for accuracy and completeness (labor, parts, operations, calibrations, OEM procedures).
  • Reduce change requests by coaching teams on documentation and best practices.
  • Track trends & report recurring issues and opportunities to leadership.
