About The Position

The Central Reporting & Audit Analyst at Fidelity Investments is responsible for designing, building, and generating reports for both internal and external customers. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of report results, utilizing data from multiple systems and sources. The analyst will also engage in critical thinking to meet reporting and audit requirements, ensuring that the results facilitate key business decisions and service delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in reporting and audit.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, Alteryx, and Knime.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Fidelity Health Care Operations.
• Understanding of HOBS, Populates, FHB, CWE, Snowflake, and WIDE data structures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
