About The Position
The Summer Student Facility Maintenance position will assist with general grounds and building maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 17 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills in order to clearly and professionally communicate with members.
- Ability to apply principles of excellent member service.
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge in order to perform light maintenance on tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of buildings both inside and outside.
- Wash and detail trucks and equipment.
- Clean and organize the storage areas throughout the building and pole yard.
- General facility painting projects.
- General landscape and clearance work around the property.
- Assist with lawncare and trimming.
- Run for parts and supplies as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
