About the position

Bachoco USA is seeking a Key Account Manager for our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Smith, AR. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key client accounts and building strong relationships within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of key account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges within the company's products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery of products, and efficient resolution of any client-related issues.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Key Account Manager for account development strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting presentations and product demonstrations for key clients to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Identify potential opportunities for account growth and upselling within existing key accounts.
  • Support the negotiation and administration of contracts and service agreements with key clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in client needs to inform account management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, client retention, and overall account growth.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver a cohesive and outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Result-driven and customer-focused with a desire to contribute to client satisfaction and company success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
