About The Position
The Restorative Justice Practices Department at San Diego Unified School District is hiring for one (1) full-time, 11-month position focused on supporting the effective and sustainable implementation of Restorative Justice Practices (RJP) across school communities. These roles involve close collaboration with administrators, educators, students, families, and community partners to promote positive school climates through training, co-facilitation, instructional planning, and ongoing support. Successful candidates will report to the Program Manager and help build capacity districtwide by embedding restorative, equity-centered practices into school systems and culture.
