A Sales Lead will be responsible for applying advanced skills in procedures and techniques specific to area of specialization. May carry out supervisory responsibilities. Order assigned products to maximize sales. Possess and convey a culinary level of food expertise. Work under minimal supervision and from detailed verbal and written instructions. Apply accepted guidelines, rules and procedures to decisions. Continually monitor and immediately address problems. Make sound decisions on everyday issues and problems. Requires specific product knowledge depending on the Department.
