About The Position

Buehler’s Central Kitchen Production Associates prepare and ship food products for our customers to purchase at our store locations. We have loyal customers that return to consume our products because they can expect great food quality and experience. One of our company strategies is to become the Best in Food Service and have the Freshest Foods, and our Central Kitchen ensure that it provides the stores with the high-quality products to align with those strategies. Multiple positions are being filled for this Role. Requirements

  • Attained at least 18 years of age; or if age 16-17 cannot operate any equipment (slicer, buffalo chopper, etc.)
  • Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week.
  • Able to meet the requirements to occasionally stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50# and occasionally 80#
  • Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures; and can do simple math problems
  • Able to work within our deli/kitchen environment that includes equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, refrigeration coolers, freezers, mixer and chef’s knives…so frequently you will be exposed to heat, steam, fire, cold temperatures and noise

  • The successful candidate must complete six months in the hired role to be eligible for the signing bonus.
