About The Position

As a centralized claims adjuster, you'll help customers resolve auto claims involving up to two vehicles. This is not a field position. Primarily over the phone, you'll accurately document claims details, interview those involved in an accident, make coverage and liability decisions, and collaborate with peers to verify consistency of accident details. Along with a supportive team, you'll have ongoing coaching and development to help you feel confident while supporting customers through a stressful time. This is a remote position. You must reside in Arizona, Nevada or Utah.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of claim files from beginning to end
• Resolve and document auto claims as quickly and accurately as possible
• Interview all involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisions
• Validate damage is consistent with the report of the accident
• Independently make decisions related to liability and coverages
