Review all charges and perform chart audits for assigned units - 4E/3E/3W/CCU. Run monthly reports and Critical Alert reports; collect and file monthly reports from all floors. Maintain assigned unit directors' calendars, schedule interviews, etc. Maintain employee files, add new employees to schedule, update phone lists, etc. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
