About The Position

The Central Admin Touch Agent’s primary function is to support eighty plus corporate facilities with billing, collections, customer service along with a myriad of administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment with a focus on peak and regular season billing administration
  • Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organization skills, including detail orientated with strong follow up and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with local facilities to research and resolve customer service issues
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve billing and administrative inconsistencies and errors.
  • Produce invoices and process payments.
  • Data entry of completed facility delivery/pickup paperwork into proprietary software.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
