With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission. Under the direct supervision of the Center Supervisor, Center Workers and Van Escorts provide direct services to participants both within the Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) and during transportation to and from the ADHC and medical appointments.
