About The Position

Clerks make sure customers have a great experience by keeping products available, greeting customers and offering timely, friendly, and caring service. Clerks also make sure the department is clean, well-stocked, and looks good. They ensure our products and practices follow all safety rules. Additionally, they help out in other parts of the store.

Requirements

• Customer Service: Able to meet customer needs by providing excellent, welcoming, and timely service.
• Teamwork: Able to be flexible to support the changing needs of our team and store.
• Communication: Able to effectively communicate with customers and team members; uses active listening, patience, and clear communication to ensure a respectful and professional experience.

• Grocery Experience: Direct experience working with grocery products.
• Retail Experience: Experience in fast paced retail setting.
• Multilingual: Communicates in more than one language.
